Barry Hall (Builder 2012)
Barry Hall’s name in Lumsden is deeply associated with volleyball. Barry coached for 26 years at a small school with a very limited student population. Barry often had the majority of students in his school playing his beloved sport. For many years he successfully coached multiple teams from his school and on
occasion would have two teams at the same tournament.
Through his commitment and dedication, his teams experienced tremendous success. Barry would spend many days running lunch time and after school practices, organizing tournaments, travelling on weekends, and raising money to lessen the cost for his players.
